15 Minute Dinner

Yesterday I made dinner quick. I made pork chops and greenbean cassarole.

For the pork chops I just put montreal steak season on them (which BTW is good on ANYTHING!) and fried them in a pan.

Greenbean cassarole

2 cans greenbeans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup french fried onions

mix together and bake for apox 30 mins

top with a little more french fried onions and bake for a few more mins.

Left-Over Corn On the Cob

Cut the corn off the cob. Melt lots of butter in a pan and put the corn, add some garlic and some salt. You can just heat the corn, or you can over-cook it just a little and some of the pieces get browned.. I like it brown cuz it starts to get a popcorn taste to it.

Dump Cake

You will need

3 cans of fruit
1 box cake mix
1 cup butter

heat the oven to 350

Dump your drained cans of fruit in a pan i like to cut them in small bite sized pieces.

Sift the dry cake mix over the fruit and smooth.

Mealt butter and pour evenly over cake mix.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Mayo Dijon Sauce

At work today the cook was maying a sauce for crabcakes. He had mayo and Old bay. He asked me to taste it and i tought it tasted a little to mayoie. It needed a little lemon. He added the lemon and it tasted better. I told him it was still missing something. So I grabbed some dijon mustard and threw it in there. The sauce turned out awesome. So if you are ever making crabcakes:

Mayo
Old Bay
Dijon +
a little lemon = YUM!

Supreme Grilled Tuna Sammich

This is my version of a Tuna melt. I make my tuna with mayo pickles and adobo.. It's not really that complicated. I just add a little pickle juice so it's not so chunky.

Heat the tuna mixture in a seperate pan

Grill your bread slices with have a slice of american cheese on each piece

As the bread grills add one scoop of tuna to half of the pieces and slap those sammiches together.

Heating the tuna makes a big difference..
